FAQ

Store FAQ

Q 1. How long will shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 7 – 15 business days once they leave our warehouse. Remote areas or custom-spec parts can add a few extra days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Q 2. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the United States.
However, we’re actively working on expanding to worldwide shipping soon! Stay tuned for updates.

Q 3. What is “wet” vs. “dry” carbon fiber?

  • Wet carbon (traditional hand-lay-up) is infused with resin during lay-up.
Pros: Lower cost, glossy finish, good for cosmetic parts.
Cons: Slightly heavier, can trap small air bubbles.

  • Dry carbon (pre-preg, autoclave-cured) has resin pre-impregnated and is cured under heat and vacuum.
Pros: Up to ~40 % lighter, higher strength-to-weight ratio, perfect weave, matte or semi-gloss finish.
Cons: Higher cost due to autoclave equipment and stricter quality control.

Q 4. Which should I choose—wet or dry carbon?

  • Choose wet carbon if you want the classic deep gloss look and the best price for aesthetic upgrades.

  • Choose dry carbon if weight reduction and motorsport-grade rigidity matter more than cost.

  • Q 11. Why are some products only available in wet or dry carbon (unless options are shown)?
Some parts are specifically designed to be made either only in dry carbon or only in wet carbon, based on what best fits their purpose:

    • Dry carbon only parts are typically performance-driven pieces that require maximum strength and weight savings, like full hoods, trunks, or aero parts meant for racing.

    • Wet carbon only parts are usually cosmetic add-ons like interior trims, mirror caps, or smaller accessories where weight savings aren't critical but visual appeal and cost matter.

    • If a part has both wet and dry carbon options available, you’ll see a dropdown or selection on the product page. If there’s no option shown, it means the part is built in the material that best matches its function and performance goals.

Q 5. Titanium vs. 304-series stainless steel exhaust systems—what’s the difference?

Titanium 304 Stainless Steel
Weight ~40-50 % lighter Heavier
Corrosion Excellent (forms protective oxide layer) Very good, but can surface-rust in harsh salt climates
Heat tolerance Handles higher temps; bluer heat coloration possible High but lower than Ti; retains silver finish
Sound Higher-pitched, more exotic “ting” Deeper, throaty tone
Cost Significantly higher (material & welding) More affordable
Repairability Harder to weld or mend Easier to repair and fabricate

Q 6. Which exhaust material is right for me?

  • Titanium if you’re after maximum weight savings, heat resistance, and a distinctive sound—and are comfortable with the premium price.

  • 304 Stainless if you want durability, rich exhaust tone, and better value without major weight concerns.

Q 7. How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed automatically once your package leaves our facility. Updates may take up to 24 h to appear while the carrier scans the parcel.

Q 8. Can I cancel or change my order?
